By accessing or using Clarity, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Clarity provides business management software including accounting, invoicing, and billing tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Your business data belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of any data you enter into Clarity. You may export your data at any time. Upon account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day refund on first payments if the service did not work as described — contact us within 7 days.
Clarity is provided "as is." We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karachi.
